All items are made to order, so please note that production time is separate from shipping time — the estimates below reflect both stages combined.

Production Time

Once your order is placed, production typically takes 2–4 business days before it ships.

Estimated total delivery time (production + shipping):

• US customers: approximately 7–11 business days
• International customers: production time plus the shipping estimate above

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high order volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

International Orders

We ship internationally to most countries. Please note:

• Delivery times to international destinations can vary significantly and may take longer during customs processing.
• Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• We're unable to ship to certain countries or regions due to shipping restrictions — if you have concerns about your location, please contact us before ordering.

Delays or Issues
